Set in a magnificent position in a conservation area with views over Watchet's historic harbour and popular marina, the beach, pubs and shops a short walk away, including The Star Inn named Somerset Pub of the Year 2006 by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).

The cottage in Watchet is a self catering holiday cottage sleeping 8+2(sofa bed)+cot.

Entrance into dining room which leads to both the sitting room and kitchen and has stairs to first floor. The sitting room has french doors to the pretty walled garden, fireplace with wood burning stove and wooden floor. The fitted kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven. A door leads from the kitchen to the garden and parking area. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom/W.C. (shower over bath) and a cloakroom/W.C. On the first floor - The double bedroom has balcony with views over the marina and garden, ensuite bathroom/W.C. Two twin bedrooms one with views of the steam railway, the other with views out to sea. Shower room/W.C. Sitting room with sofa bed for +2 and views out to sea. Outside is a pretty walled private garden with lawn, flower beds, pond (covered) and patio seating area. To the side of the house is parking for 2 cars.

From the East - Leave the M5 at junction 23 (Bridgwater) and follow signs for Minehead A39. After passing the town of Williton turn right at Tropiquaria B3190 signposted to Watchet. Once in Watchet follow Swain Street, opposite the Post Office is Esplanade Lane, drive to the end of the lane The Cottage is the last house on the right.

From the West - Leave the M5 at junction 25 (Taunton) and follow the A358 towards Minehead. At the town of Williton join the A39 towards Minehead, at Tropiquaria B3190 turn right signposted Watchet. Once in Watchet follow Swain Street, opposite the Post Office is Esplanade Lane , drive to the end of the lane The Cottage is the last house on the right.

The Cottage will be available from 4pm on arrival date until 10am on departure day.
